I have now been in my house for nine years and absolutely love it! I bought my house as a new build in 2015 from Townsend and it has been perfect. I loved the floor plan and everything down to the counters and fixtures. I have to say that Townsend has such an eye for detail and use of space. Every bit of space is used in the floor plan for perfect storage solutions. That is not something I have found with other homes I have had.
